A “Return” refers to the acceptance of a product back by Baloch Automotives, subject strictly to compliance with the conditions stated below:

All original packaging, tags, seals, labels, and accessories must be intact
Product must not be installed, tested, modified, or damaged
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly not eligible for return:
Used, damaged, unsealed, or tampered products
Genuine auto spare parts and service-related items
Imported products (unless defective upon delivery)
Custom-made or special-order items (e.g., vinyl stickers)
Returns based on change of mind
Any product that does not meet the above conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

Our team will provide you with the return shipping address
Carefully pack the item and send it via Pakistan Post or a reliable courier service
Important Notes:
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility
Shipping costs are non-refundable
We do not offer pickup service
5. Return Shipment Handling
Once your request is approved, our customer support team will guide you through the return process. Customers are required to ship the item to the designated address at their own cost.
All items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Any damage occurring during return shipping will not be the responsibility of Baloch Automotives.
6. Refund Policy
After receiving the returned item:

You will be notified regarding approval or rejection
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days
Refunds will be issued via the original or agreed payment method
The account holder name must match the order details
In case of mismatch, valid identification may be required
